I'm a little disappointed with my loss this week. I didn't exercise enough, and I probably ate too many bad things. I'm probably also not drinking enough water for how hot it is, so I may be retaining some. I need to do better this week! I would really like to lose 5 more pounds in the next 2 weeks.
