Week 14: Gained 1.0
Total Lost: 37.0 pounds!

Oops. I had a bad week and gained back a pound. While I did well with exercising, I did not do well with eating. I had some scheduling issues for which I did not plan ahead well, and ended up eating out the last 3 nights in a row. So, that's got to stop.
I don't have anything out of the ordinary going on this week, so my goal is to exercise every day and stick to the program 100%.
